Before PTC, I was very disappointed in myself. Going through the motions in work that felt empty, knowing I was capable of more but not doing anything about it.
In 2023, I quit my job, dropped out of uni, and went all in. I haven't looked back since. Turns out I'm a perfectionist — a clean freak, actually. I care about details most people wouldn't notice. I can walk into any space and know exactly what needs doing.
Apparently that's a good skill to have in this industry.
Today, I do this for my team. Without them, there's nothing — no cleans, no customers, no vision. The people are everything. We're building a cleaning business with the right systems and culture that allow the team to succeed. Because when they flourish, every single customer feels the difference.
